Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. As we are a small team, occasional delays may occur. If so, the updated timeframe will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

Made-to-order jewelry is custom produced and generally ships within 6–10 weeks from the order date. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Shipping is free on all orders above 10,000 NOK, both domestically and internationally.

Domestic orders (Norway)
All domestic orders are shipped with MyBring at a flat rate of 100 NOK. Orders over 10,000 NOK ship free of charge. Orders may also be collected at our showroom in Oslo, by appointment. For domestic orders, Norwegian VAT is included.

International orders
Shipping to EU countries is a flat rate of 450 NOK, and 550 NOK outside of the EU. Orders over 10,000 NOK ship free of charge. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

All prices are quoted in NOK. For orders outside Norway, Norwegian VAT will be refunded. Local VAT and duties may apply, and the customer is responsible for these costs.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any related fees. We advise using tracked shipping, as A.S.G cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Refunds may be refused if items show signs of wear or alteration.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Defects
All jewelry is inspected before shipping. Please examine your order upon delivery and contact us within 10 days if the item arrives damaged or defective. The piece must be unworn and in its original condition. Natural variations in gemstones and metals are part of A.S.G’s artisanal process and are not considered defects.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
